1. Why did you want to learn so many languages at such a young age?

As a child born in the Czech Republic to Israeli parents, I naturally began absorbing both Hebrew and Czech from an early age. By the age of two, when I was first introduced to TV, everything I watched was in English. I didn’t mind the language too much—it was all about enjoying cartoons!

When the COVID pandemic hit, I was around three years old, and with my kindergarten closed, my parents decided to make the most of our time at home. They decided to try and introduce me to a fourth language, Spanish, as a little experiment—which turned out to be a success.

From that point on, whenever I felt comfortable enough with a new language I was learning, I couldn’t wait to move on and explore yet another one.

2. Is learning languages something fun? Why?

Yes, I really enjoy learning languages because it's simply something I enjoy and also because with languages I can make a lot of new friends!

3. Which language(s) do you wish you could spend more time practising?

German and Japanese

4. What are some languages you’d like to learn in the future?

All of them.

5. What would you like to be when you grow up?

A pilot, because I could fly all around the world and explore new places

6. What is your message to other young people who are interested in studying
multiple languages?

I recommend all people to learn more languages - it's just fun!
