1. Why did you want to learn so many languages at such a young age?

My mother is Brazilian, and my father is American, so, when I was born, I heard both languages, English and Portuguese. When I was 5 years old, I was living in Brazil and I started to learn my 3rd language, German. I thought languages were valuable. So that's pretty much how I started loving languages.

2. Is learning languages something fun? Why?

Yes, it is fun with the correct tutor. But it also depends on what we are doing in class. For example: I was in Hindi class and my tutor played about changing/switching names. It was fun because we got to pick a name we wish we had.

3. Which language(s) do you wish you could spend more time practising?

My favorite languages are all the languages I know. I like all of them! But, I wish I could focus more on German.

4. What are some languages you’d like to learn in the future?

I'd like to learn Norwegian, Italian and ASL (American Sign Language).

5. What would you like to be when you grow up?

I'm not sure yet, sorry. But, I will let you all know when I decide.

6. What is your message to other young people who are interested in studying multiple languages?

"Strength! Courage! Don't be timid; don't get discouraged. God is with you every step you take." This is pretty much my message to young people who are interested in studying languages.
